Ram Leather cleaned a pair of my UGG boots. I have had the boots for 2 years and they have survived salt/snow all over U of M campus, muddy football tailgates and dirty fraternity house floors. When I sent them to be cleaned they were in very, very, very poor shape and they came back looking amazing! I am sooo impressed! I am going to tell my sorority about Ram! Thanks again!

I had a white leather coat that had the misfortune of getting snagged on a sharp object which made a tear in the front yolk of the coat. I thought perhaps I could get it fixed by bonding the edges together on the inside which would close the opening although the tear lines would still be visible. I took the coat to Ram Leather Cleaners to show them the damage and they said they could repair it for me. A week later I picked up my repaired coat and was delighted to see that the tear was no where in sight. Ram had replaced the damaged panel with a matching leather piece and then dyed the piece to match perfectly with the rest of the coat. No one could tell that there had ever been a tear or that the panel had been replaced. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. The service was professional, the job was perfect and the coat was ready when it had been promised. I would not hesitate to use Ram for any leather cleaning or repair work I might need. I heartily recommend Ram Leather Cleaners.

When my brand new, never worn, fine Italian leather jacket got stained, I searched very carefully for a service I could trust to repair it. I selected Ram Leather Care because they made it easy to provide details of my concerns (via a form they provide, and by telephone and email ). They restored it perfectly to its original condition! And, the cost was a lot lower than other services.

What a pleasure it was to deal with your Customer Service Representative regarding refinishing my leather jacket. My jacket was over 15 years old and had a lot of wear marks. After talking to your rep, I decided to see what your company could do. I sent it to you and in a short time received my jacket back looking like new. I live in California and must say I was a little hesitant to send it out of state for refurbishing, but I was pleasantly surprised when it came back looking as good as new. I will be happy to recommend you to anyone.

I sent in 2 black leather jackets, one of which was going to be thrown out, due to how brittle, cracked, stained and dried it was. They were returned to us 10 days later and were we ever shock! The really bad jacket is now supple, soft and the color is rich black….this is how it was when it was bought 14 years ago! What a great job you do! Our leathers will be sent into you at least every 2 years, if not sooner, for the worn all the time ones! THANK you!!

Ram Leather Care, you were able to fix my leather Lazy Boy recliner! Not only did you repair the reclining mechanism but also re-stuffed the area where the small of back is at, plus you were able to perfectly match and touch-up some scuff marks from my chair being moved. I purchased my jacket more than 10 years ago in Turkey, I have always liked the style and after so long it has sentimental value. It had become faded and in need of repair, I thought my only alternative was to buy new but even with that I couldn’t find anything similar. They had been very well used by wet swimsuits, snowmobile clothing and equipment, dogs teething and 20 odd years of continual year round family use.
